Kontak pelindungan data

• Undang-Undang Nomor 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelindungan Data Pribadi ("UU PDP") beserta peraturan pelaksanaannya, termasuk Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 33 Tahun 2026;
• Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik sebagaimana telah diubah terakhir dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2024;

1. mendapatkan informasi tentang identitas kami, dasar hukum, dan tujuan pemrosesan data Anda (Pasal 5);
2. melengkapi, memperbarui, atau memperbaiki data yang tidak akurat (Pasal 6);
3. mengakses dan memperoleh salinan data Anda (Pasal 7);
4. mengakhiri pemrosesan dan meminta data Anda dihapus atau dimusnahkan (Pasal 8);
5. menarik kembali persetujuan yang pernah Anda berikan (Pasal 9);
6. mengajukan keberatan atas keputusan yang hanya didasarkan pada pemrosesan otomatis (Pasal 10);
7. menunda atau membatasi pemrosesan secara proporsional (Pasal 11);
8. menggugat dan menerima ganti rugi atas pelanggaran pemrosesan data Anda (Pasal 12);

Data protection contact

hello@rajosatech.com

A Director of the company is responsible for personal data protection at Rajosa Tech. Send questions about this policy and requests about your data to the email address above.

This policy is based on the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, in particular:

• Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection ("PDP Law") and its implementing regulations, including Government Regulation No. 33 of 2026;
• Law No. 11 of 2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions, as last amended by Law No. 1 of 2024;
• Government Regulation No. 71 of 2019 on the Operation of Electronic Systems and Transactions.

We process personal data under the principles in Article 16(2) of the PDP Law: limited and specific, lawful, transparent, fit for purpose, accurate, secure and accountable.

We only ask for what we need to schedule and prepare a call. The booking form has three required fields and one optional topic choice.

We do not ask for specific (sensitive) personal data such as health, biometric, personal financial or children's data. Please do not send it through the form or messages.

• We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.
• We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not enable advertising or personalisation features in Google Analytics.
• We do not make decisions with legal effect on you by automated means without human involvement.
• We do not record video calls, unless we ask at the start of the call and you agree.
• We do not send newsletters or marketing email unless you ask for them separately.

This site uses two kinds of measurement.

Umami, with no cookies. We run Umami on our own server to count visits in aggregate. Umami sets no cookies, does not store full IP addresses, and does not build visitor profiles.

Google Analytics 4, only with consent. The Google Analytics script does not load until you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you choose "Decline" or make no choice, no data is sent to Google Analytics. We turn off Google Signals and ad personalisation features.

Withdrawing consent. Open the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer at any time to change your choice. Once withdrawn, Google Analytics cookies are removed from your browser and measurement stops. Withdrawal does not affect processing that happened before it.

We use a few service providers as personal data processors. They process data only on our instructions and for the purposes in this policy, and they are bound by agreements that require them to keep the data confidential and secure.

Apart from this, we only disclose personal data when required by law or lawfully requested by law enforcement or an authorised government body.

Form data and the site database are stored in Singapore through our hosting provider. Some Google services we use (email, calendar, Google Meet, and Google Analytics if you consent) may also process data in data centres outside Indonesia. We make sure every provider that processes your data applies protections equivalent to Indonesia's PDP Law.

Under Article 56 of the PDP Law, we make sure such transfers are covered by an equal or higher level of protection, or by adequate and binding safeguards in the provider's data processing terms. You can ask for details of these safeguards through the contact in section 1.

We keep personal data only as long as its purpose requires, or as long as the law requires. After that, it is deleted or destroyed.

• The whole site and form use HTTPS with HSTS.
• Access to the inbox and CMS is limited by role, requires two-factor authentication, and every access and change is logged.
• The database is encrypted at rest and backed up daily.
• The form is protected by server-side validation and submission limits, without third-party captcha services.
• People who access personal data are bound by confidentiality obligations.

If a personal data breach happens. Under Article 46 of the PDP Law, we notify you and the competent authority in writing within 3 x 24 hours of becoming aware of it. The notice covers the data disclosed, when and how it happened, and the handling and recovery steps we are taking.

As a personal data subject, the PDP Law gives you the right to:

1. be informed of our identity, the legal basis and the purpose of processing your data (Article 5);
2. complete, update or correct inaccurate data (Article 6);
3. access and obtain a copy of your data (Article 7);
4. end processing and have your data deleted or destroyed (Article 8);
5. withdraw consent you have given (Article 9);
6. object to decisions based solely on automated processing (Article 10);
7. delay or restrict processing proportionally (Article 11);
8. sue and receive compensation for violations in processing your data (Article 12);
9. obtain and use your data in a common, machine-readable format (Article 13).

1. Email hello@rajosatech.com with the subject "Personal data request". Say which right you want to use and the email you used when contacting us.
2. We may ask for extra information to confirm the request really comes from you. We do not ask for identity documents unless needed.
3. We act on requests within 3 x 24 hours of receiving a complete request, in line with the time limits in the PDP Law. If we cannot fulfil a request, for example because the law requires us to keep the data, we explain why in writing.
4. These requests are free of charge.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the authority responsible for personal data protection under Indonesian law.

Our site and services are meant for companies and adults acting on their behalf. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. If we learn that a child's data was collected without parent or guardian consent as required by Article 25 of the PDP Law, we delete it promptly.

We may update this policy when the way we process data or the law changes. The "Last updated" date above always shows the version in force. For important changes, such as a new purpose or a new provider outside Indonesia, we show a notice on the site at least 14 days before it applies, and ask for new consent where the law requires it.

This policy is available in Indonesian and English. If the two versions differ in interpretation, the Indonesian version prevails.

1. Manusia menyetujui.

• menulis draf kode, pengujian, dan dokumentasi, yang kemudian ditinjau engineer;
• merangkum catatan riset dan wawancara pengguna, yang kemudian diperiksa perancang;

• kontrak atau ketentuan layanannya melarang data pelanggan dipakai untuk melatih model umum;
• berapa lama data disimpan penyedia, dan apakah bisa dihapus;

• tindakan yang menyangkut uang, kontrak, atau orang memerlukan persetujuan pengguna yang berwenang;
• setiap keluaran AI yang dipakai untuk keputusan dicatat di log audit: kapan, oleh siapa disetujui, dan data apa yang dipakai;
• pengguna diberi tahu saat mereka berinteraksi dengan AI atau membaca hasil buatan AI;
• fitur AI dapat dimatikan tanpa menghentikan sistem lainnya;

1. People approve. Decisions that involve money, contracts or people are always approved by a person. AI may prepare analysis or recommendations, but it does not carry out those decisions.
2. Client data does not train models. We only use AI services whose contracts forbid customer data from being used to train general models.
3. Engineers read the code. Code written with the help of AI is always reviewed by an engineer before release. Ownership of that code is stated clearly in the contract.

In our own work, AI is a tool that helps the team, not a replacement for it:

• drafting code, tests and documentation, which an engineer then reviews;
• summarising research notes and user interviews, which a designer then checks;
• drafting interface text and translations, which a person then edits.

We do not put a client's personal data, trade secrets or credentials into an AI service unless the client agrees in writing and the service meets section 3.

Before an AI service is used for client work, we check that:

• its contract or terms forbid customer data from being used to train general models;
• we know how long the provider keeps data, and whether it can be deleted;
• we know where the data is processed, to meet the rules on transfers outside Indonesia in Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.

Services we currently use: Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI (ChatGPT/API), both processing data in the United States. This list is updated whenever it changes, and clients are told before a new service is used on their project.

When a client asks for AI features inside their product, we apply the same rules:

• actions involving money, contracts or people need approval from an authorised user;
• every AI output used for a decision is recorded in an audit log: when, who approved it, and which data was used;
• users are told when they are interacting with AI or reading AI-generated results;
• AI features can be switched off without stopping the rest of the system;
• clients are told which model and provider are used, and can ask for them to be changed.

This site has no AI chatbot, and does not use AI to make decisions about you. Data you send through the booking form is not sent to any AI service. How we process data on this site is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Questions about this policy, or a request to know whether your data has been processed with AI, can be sent to {email_privasi}. We reply within 3 working days.

If this policy changes in an important way, we announce it on the site at least 14 days before it takes effect, and tell active clients directly.
